About this bathing water

Warren beach is a south east facing, gently sloping, sandy beach backing onto sand dunes (dunes extend between 40m & 50m). It is located in a small bay set back approx. 500m from the coastline which provides some shelter to the beach. Rosscarbery Estuary proposed Natural Heritage Area (pNHA 001075) discharges to Rosscarbery Bay via a channel to the south west of the beach. The beach is used by limited numbers of surfers, windsurfers, canoeists, and anglers.
